Known for her brightly painted, designer bags, Tiff Manuell has taken her signature style and applied it to a broad range of ‘wearable art’. And it works.

The Mercedes-Benz Adelaide Fashion Festival launched in grand style last night, treating VIP guests to a preview showing of the new collection from Tiff Manuell. Her catwalk debut for a wearable range of garments including dresses, tops, pants, jackets and rain ponchos, has seen the handbag designer instantly become one of Adelaide’s most coveted fashion designers.

Known for her brightly painted, designer bags, Tiff Manuell has taken her signature style and applied it to a broad range of ‘wearable art’. And it works.

Leaping off the catwalk, the designs brought real meaning to the launch event, where local brands and designers are showcased, and creativity is celebrated.

Last night, we could have been anywhere in the world, as the New York style show made us truly excited about fashion, on the opening night of South Australia’s most pivotal fashion event.

And the styling, music, hair, and performances that were all integrated into the show were also notably fantastic. The bar has been set very high for the Adelaide Fashion Festival, and if Tiff’s collection is anything to go by, this will be a truly exciting week.
