Aleenta Barre offers 30 days of free online lock down workouts

SA-based boutique fitness Studio, Aleenta Barre, is offering SA women a lifeline with 30 days of FREE Online Workouts during lockdown

SA-based boutique fitness Studio, Aleenta Barre, is offering SA women a lifeline with 30 days of FREE Online Workouts during lockdown with their online Program ‘me by Aleenta’.

With gyms closed and no exercise allowed outside the home, Aleenta wants to ensure women (and men) keep moving their bodies during this time.

“We know that mental and physical health is a key issue during this Pandemic. It’s well documented that motion is lotion and working out and moving our bodies is the best anecdote for our mind, body and soul,” says Aleenta Co-Founder, Kylie Roberts.

“We want to ensure that during this tough time, that we all still have the opportunity to be healthy and happy.

“During the last lockdown we ran live classes for our Members and after the success of connecting during that time, we wanted to expand it and offer it to everyone in SA.”

Offering over 300 workouts and Programs, me by Aleenta allows women to workout at home with little to no equipment. We help women make healthier choices easy and support them with quick and effective workouts and simple tips and tools in this crazy busy world.

“Our Programs are specifically created for women, with low-impact workouts which are easy on the joints as we age.  We have Programs if you are just starting out to the more advanced,” says Kylie.

About Aleenta:

Co-Founded by Claire Bastow and Kylie Roberts , Aleenta Barre operates 7 Studios in SA, Qld and Vic and was this year named Classpass Studio of the Year. Thanks to Scott Morrison’s ‘bar-ray’  gaffe, Aleenta has found that more people know about barre today than they did pre-COVID-19 

As a result of the increasing demand for online fitness, Aleenta introduced their online platform me by Aleenta in 2020.

According to Kylie, “As we got older and life got busier, we looked for something online for women as we age and pass through different life stages – getting married, pre and post- bubs, and simply getting older. And there was really nothing out there.”

“We realised we needed a platform for women, who like us, find it hard to prioritise themselves. Life is busy with kids, partners, friends and family. Me by Aleenta aims to give women 30mins each day to unapologetically focus on themselves.”
