The all-you-can-eat juggernaut has well and truly taken Adelaide by storm and we’re not mad about it
An even more taste sensitive iteration of the all-you-can-eat genre has emerged as Wright Street restaurant, The Koi Hot Pot Buffet launch their wagyu edition.
Truly the peak ingredient of beef dishes, wagyu is renowned for its grade, seen in the marbled quality of the meat. The more marbled fat runs through the pieces, the more tender and juicy the meat is.
They’re pretty visually distinctive too, you can recognise wagyu off the bat.
Quality does beget price, however, this all-you-can-eat deal is a killer. For $62 a head, you can choose from a Chuck Eye Roll, Karubi, Intercostal and thick cut ox tongue and enjoy as much M7-M9 wagyu beef as you want.
Go forth and feed. Find Koi Hot Pot Buffet at 38 Wright Street.
