Adelaide’s very own hip-hop sensation, Allday, will return to his hometown stage at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza on Thursday, October 5th.
As part of Westfield’s exciting ‘Feel Your Rhythm’ tour, Allday will be putting on an unmissable live performance, a Q&A session with MC Nicole Mitchell, and a meet-and-greet opportunity for his fans.
Tom Gaynor, who goes by the stage name Allday, comes from Adelaide. His journey into the world of music began in 2011 when he started sharing his music for free online.
The growing popularity of his work eventually led him to Melbourne, where he decided to pursue a serious career in music. In 2013, Allday signed with Australian hip-hop artist Illy’s label, ONETWO records, a turning point that propelled his career to greater heights.
Allday’s music is a fusion of various influences, including bands like Silverchair, Frank Ocean, Ash from Pokémon, and TLC. In July 2014, he made a significant mark on the Australian music scene with the release of his debut album, “Startup Cult,” which skyrocketed to number three on the ARIA Charts.
Fans attending his Westfield Tea Tree Plaza performance can expect to groove to Allday’s hits spanning his impressive decade-long career, including tracks from “Startup Cult.” Songs like “Right Now,” “Wonder Drug,” and “You Always Know the DJ” are among his notable works that have garnered widespread acclaim.
Allday’s performance is just one part of Westfield’s expansive ‘Feel Your Rhythm’ tour, featuring a star-studded lineup of 20 free live music performances at select Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand during September and October.
This musical extravaganza boasts an array of talented artists, including Jessica Mauboy, Amy Shark, Thelma Plum, Kate Ceberano, ILLY, Client Liaison, Gretta Ray, Kita Alexander, Mallrat, Stan Walker, Coterie, and Royston.
Beyond the live in-centre performances, Westfield members and music enthusiasts have a shot at winning an exclusive VIP experience to some of the hottest Live Nation concerts, featuring international megastars like P!nk, Post Malone, Jonas Brothers, Blink182, and more.
From September 7th to September 27th, music aficionados can enter daily at their local Westfield centre for a chance to score a VIP music experience and witness their favourite global artists in action.
