American soul/R&B singer, Allen Stone, is returning to the Land Down Under in April next year, not only to perform at renowned Bluesfest, but he has also announced an Australian tour – and yes, Adelaide is included.

The tour follows his huge success in Melbourne after selling-out his recent show in September. It’s only fair our other Aussie cities get a taste of his musical concoction too, right?

If you haven’t heard Stone’s music before, his vocals and melodic style are influenced by the classical soul and R&B of the 1960s and 70s, with passionate lyrics that recall folk-inspired singer-songwriters of the same era.

And just in case you needed more convincing, Lionel Richie called Stone’s singing “spectacular”, earlier this year.

Stone is releasing a brand new album in early 2019, so will be bringing all his new tunes to Adelaide for his show at the trusty ol’ Gov in Hindmarsh on Saturday April 13.

Or if you’re down to make an adventure of it, you can party it up at Bluesfest – Australia’s premiere contemporary blues and roots festival, in the beautiful lands of Byron Bay in New South Wales on April 18-22.

Stone will be joined by over 200 other artists over five big days at the festival.

Allen Stone is playing in Adelaide at The Gov on Saturday April 13, 2019. Click here for more information and to buy tickets.
