Sundays are made for long bottomless brunches and Ambra Spirits are doing it their way with limoncello and antipasti! Enjoy a leisurely hour and a half sipping on bottomless limoncello spritz with your friends and loved ones.

You’re in for an absolute treat, with what might be the drink of the spring, Ambra’s limoncello spritz is a tangy refreshing mix of limoncello, prosecco and zesty lemon soda. A perfect sip.

Part owner and managing director, Finn Healey says the weekly event will be “a decadent celebration to close out the week and celebrate with loved ones, in an exciting and energetic environment.”

All the limoncello you can drink, and there’s more! Each Sunday Ambra will serve up a two course feed me menu showcasing the best of the Ambra kitchen. With a two course antipasti offering, you’ll enjoy a delicious selection of olives, charcuterie and antipasti, followed by a seasonal rotation of gourmet pastas. Look out for the pork belly macaroni, blue swimmer crab linguine, and much more delicious, extravagant pasta dishes.

Healey says the event has been absolutely taking off. “We’ve got 80 booked this Sunday, so it’s really gaining popularity.”

The brand wanted to introduce Sunday bottomless brunches to “celebrate our hero drink, Ambra Limoncello, and and educate consumers about limoncello spritz,” says Healey.

Ambra have owned the limoncello space, distilling a perfected family recipe, with a host of distinct, playful branding.

On what inspired the introduction of the brunches, Healey says, “I used to go over to Sydney a fair bit, and bottomless brunches were really hot over there.”

Serving Australia’s first Limoncello established in 1998, this bottomless brunch is deep rooted in tradition while giving Adelaide a trendy and refreshing dining experience for friends and family. With a discounted non-alcoholic option, including a mocktail on arrival, it really is for all to enjoy!

The label was founded in 1998, by Italian visionary and restauranteur, Libero De Luca, as an ode to the Amalfi Coast, and the food and drink of the Mediterranean.

Healey says he is passionate about “carrying that legacy and love for limoncello and spirit craftsmanship, and continuing De Luca’s 100 year-old family recipe.”

Ambra Spirits are hosting the perfect fun-filled event to close out your week. Bring your friends and family for bottomless limoncello spritz!
