When deciding to renovate their kitchen, Hazelwood Park residents, Leigh and Janet felt the obvious choice was to speak to Chris Tsoutouras from locally-based business Spartan Electrical.
As a kitchen designer himself, Leigh had worked with Chris for some time and trusted their design and renovation would be in good hands.
“His extensive knowledge of available products was critical so that the kitchen design and functions could be fully utilised,” Leigh said.
Leigh and Janet’s kitchen renovation incorporated blocking off a door, moving another and creating a new cavity sliding door, replacing and repairing existing timber flooring to suit the new door position.
“As the Kitchen is in the centre of the house, I decided the room was to be made to appear more as furniture; detailed joinery incorporating all the latest in integrated appliances,” Leigh said.
The family of three’s design also incorporated hand laid timber American Walnut veneers with gloss metallic joinery and Essastone quartz bench tops to complete their chosen look.
Entertaining is an important part of life for Leigh and Janet and their kitchen design reflects their passion for cooking and socialising.
“We enjoy entertaining with friends and family which incorporates outdoor so it was critical that the kitchen would allow entertaining for large numbers or just as a family,” Leigh said
Leigh and Janet are thrilled with their design and their brand new kitchen, in particular, their Induction Siemans Hotplate, but they say their favourite appliance would be their Combi Steamer Oven.
