With the end of Fringe Festival we said goodbye to quite a few awesome pop-ups which is why we’re so pleased to tell you… BRKLYN’s Gin Jungle is coming back for one special weekend! Specifically the June long weekend.
Picture stepping into lush greenery illuminated by smokey, honeyed lighting, as the noise of the city outside melts away behind you. Hanging fronds and curling ferns frame the path to a pop up pallet bar featuring a variety of botanicals that delight your senses.
Welcome to the Gin Jungle.
For the duration of Fringe Festival, local fave, BRKLYN, transformed the interior section of their bar into a jungle overgrown with greenery, complete with a pop up pallet bar.
The pop-up ended up being hugely popular so it’s no surprise that it’s returning.
This pallet bar will feature a different gin brand every week of the fringe. Each week will have a new feature cocktail using the gin of that particular week. You can also enjoy BRKLYN’s popular Booze and Juice (cold pressed apple, orange, or watermelon) using the gin of the week.
The weekend will feature a Jungle Special for the duration of the June long weekend. Get excited for:
