A day full of all your favourite Adelaide Hills venues is back, with the Taste of Auchendarroch returning to give us all the local goodies in one spot.

The stunning, heritage-listed venue is located in Mount Barker, a 30-minute drive from Adelaide, and traditionally used as a hotspot for weddings. But on Saturday, February 28, the lawn and open patio will be littered with stalls, families, friends and great vibes.

Under the shade of towering oak trees and picnic umbrellas, guests will be able to enjoy live music while relaxing on the front lawns of Auchendarroch House. Picture yourself sipping on a botanical gin, while swirling to the music and chatting with local wineries, breweries and distilleries.

Perhaps enjoy one of the carefully handcrafted cocktails by the team at Auchendarroch, with local ingredients in the shaker.

The day out is for the whole family, with activities, games and fun for all ages; kids under the age of ten even receive free entry. Take the challenge and enjoy a game of giant Jenga with the kids or bring your own game along for freedom of fun.

Auchendarroch House was first opened in 2003 by the Wallis family to provide an enjoyable dining experience to the region. The family also own Wallis Cinema Mt Barker, and the Oak and Iron Tavern, which are located across the same address, meaning a movie may be on the cards after this event.

Tickets tend to sell out quickly, so don’t miss your chance to get out and spend a day in the Adelaide Hills.
