While it is true that wine dinners are special all year round, there is something special about a wine dinner in winter.
There’s just an air of magic around rainy evenings, decadent food and a celebration of warming reds that can only be felt in the heart of our coldest season.
Thorn-Clarke Wines are hosting a dinner this winter for their members (and wine lovers) at their beautiful Barossa Tasting Room.
Working closely with Callum Hann, who is best known from Sprout Cooking School and Masterchef Season Two, you can expect nothing less than an impressive menu.
Thorn-Clark Wines say the exclusive menu is expertly matched to a selection of rare museum and premium new release wines, including the newly released and limited 2016 Ron Thorn Shiraz as well as some delicious back vintage William Randell and Shotfire wines.
“The nights are relaxed and fun with lots of laughs and some great wine to share with friends,” says Thorn-Clarke’s Paul Judd.
Special accommodation rates have been organised for the Vine-Inn in Nuriootpa for guests coming to the dinner.
