The Animania Festival – Australia’s largest anime and manga event – will be coming to Adelaide on the October long weekend as part of the 2010 OzAsia Festival.
Suitable for anime and manga fans aged 11 years and over, Animania creates a fun and friendly atmosphere for fans to celebrate and explore the spectacular world of Japanese pop culture.
This year’s event will include an exciting array of activities, such as competitions, games, karaoke and anime screenings. One of the highlights of the Festival will be the Cosplay (costume play) competition, where fans are encouraged to dress up as their favourite Japanese pop culture character with the chance to compete in the international finals at the World Cosplay Summit in 2012!
