This Shared Handmade Pasta Hidden Within A Pizza Base Brings Us Pure Joy

Featuring spaghetti in Napoletana sauce with veal & pork polpette covered in Antica’s famous pizza base, this is one meal you need to try.

World Pasta Day is coming up on Friday 25 October and to celebrate, Antica Pizzeria e Cucina have created a exclusive dish which will be available from the Morphett Street restaurant from 22-26 October.

This sharing pasta dish is made for two people – featuring handmade spaghetti in traditional Napoletana sauce with veal and pork polpette covered in Antica’s famous pizza base and cooked in a 400 degree wood oven.

The yet-un-named dish, will retail for $59 for the two-person meal, and is only one of the amazing options on offer at the Italian eatery.

From the food to the fit out, owner Anthony Crea ensures Antica Pizzeria gives you a seamless Italian experience. Think signature wood oven pizzas, Antica’s infamous one metre pizza, fresh handmade pasta daily, plenty of delicious dolce and a variety of mouth watering Italian dishes; wrapped around contemporary Mediterranean décor and custom design interiors.

Antica is located at two locations, and is open Tuesday to Sunday from 11:30am-2:30pm & 5:30pm-9:30pm.
