Brighton Jetty Bakery certainly doesn’t shy away from unique creations.
Last year, the bakery revealed an All-Pickle Pie, and now, a Mi Goreng Pasty has returned to the menu.
First introduced in 2018, said Mi Goreng Pasty incorporates potato, pumpkin, carrot, fried onions, sriracha, kecap manis, tomato sauce, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Brighton Jetty Bakery makes the spice/sauce mix from scratch, as inspired by the Mi Goreng sachets.
The Mi Goreng Pasty is also entirely vegan.
