Apple-Thru: Harrisville Orchards in Lenswood opens doors

Harrisville Orchards is opening up a drive-thru apple picking this Sunday for one day only to collect apples straight from the Adelaide Hills.

Harrisville Orchards in Lenswood is opening up its drive-thru apple picking this Sunday 3rd of July. Renowned and award-winning champion at the Royal Adelaide Show are opening from 10AM to 3PM for all those looking for a lush drive in the Adelaide Hills and look through their stunning orchards.

As winter continues, it’s the perfect opportunity to get together and take the family for some fun that will fill your pantries. With rising prices in our supermarkets, you can beat them with their generous sales and crisp flavours. Prices starting at $10 for a 2.5kg then moving to $20 for 5kg and a $50 box for 15kg taking cash and card. The only commercial grower in the Adelaide Hills that opens their 20-year-old doors to the public.

They are offering all varieties such as gorgeous Galas, Fuji, Pink Lady, Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples fresh from their trees. There is no need for booking times and this is the only time they will be open this month. Re-opening around late July/early August after school holidays you will want to stock up before they close again.

Find them at 23 Harris Road, Lenswood; open this Sunday from 10AM till 3PM.
