Aramis Vineyards To Open New Adelaide Cellar Door

Things just keep improving for South Australian winery, Aramis Vineyards.

Pioneering one of the first Tasting Room/Restaurant/Cafes in Adelaide, Spoon by Aramis Vineyards has been one of the most popular spots for foodies on Gouger Street for the last couple of years.

However, 2011 brings a big change for the McLaren Vale family-owned business.  Experiencing exponential growth over the last six months, Aramis Vineyards will be focusing their energies on their wine and its presence in the local and international markets.

Spoon will be open for coffee and food, Monday to Friday 7-30am to 4-00pm, whilst a custom-built Cellar Door at Mile End South, also accommodating an office for the Aramis Vineyards team, is being established.

“While we’ve enjoyed being a part of the Adelaide hospitality industry over the last couple of years, the growth of the Aramis label demands more attention” commented Owner, Lee Flourentzou. “Our primary focus is on making premium wine, and making these changes will allow us to do that”

By concentrating their energies and skills on producing wines that are most suited to the McLaren Vale viticulture, there’s no doubt this South Australian winery will continue to go from strength to strength.
