arkhé and Champagne Frerejean Frères have teamed up to bring an incredible dining event to SA

World-renowned producer Rodolphe Taittinger, Co-Owner and Founder of Champagne Frerejean Frères, is teaming up with Arkhe to create a dazzling event and an unforgettable culinary experience. 

We can hear the ice buckets being filled and the corks popping just by reading about this upcoming high-end Champagne event planned for Adelaide next month. 

It’s not often Adelaide wine lovers get the opportunity to experience the collaboration of one of our top restaurants and one of the Grand Cru regions of Avize Champagne – Rodolphe Frerejean Taittinger to present an unforgettable culinary experience. 

Rodolphe Frerejean Tattinger (co-owner and founder of the Champagne house) will be joined by local champagne expert, Sara Underdown from Australia’s only publication dedicated to Champagne, Vine and Bubble Magazine, to host such a prestigious world-class event. 

arkhé’s award-winning Executive Chef Jake Kellie and Beverage Director Bhatia Dheeraj will bring to the table an incredible 6-course dinner to accompany the luxury champagnes hand-picked for this exceptional gastronomical experience. 

The Tattinger Champagne house was founded by three brothers, Guillaume, Richard and Rodolphe in 2005, using only Premier and Grand Cru Chardonnay as well as Pinot Noir from the Côte De Blancs, with Chardonnay often the main focus. 

“This will be a spectacular one-night-only event with one of Champagne’s premier emerging boutique producers. Some incredible champagnes will be paired with world-class dishes to make for an undoubtedly memorable gastronomic experience,” said Sara Underdown from Vine and Bubble Magazine. 

“Frerejean Frères is a young boutique Champagne house which really excites me because their wines are so skillfully made, and they will pair beautifully with the cuisine coming out of arkhé’s open flame kitchen, ” added Beverage Director, Bhatia Dheeraj.
