Artisanal baked, gluten-free hot cross buns launch this week at Just Gluten Free Bakery

Delicious gluten free hot cross buns will be available at Just Gluten Free Bakery on March 21st.

We know how hard it can be to find quality gluten free goodies! It’s why we’re betting on a line-up around the corner when Just Gluten Free Bakery re-launch their traditional fruit and chocolate chip hot cross buns tomorrow.

Fans of the bakery will be able to snap up the seasonal treat, which is freshly baked each day in the dedicated gluten free kitchen, from March 21st.

“Hot cross buns are always a favourite. We always get so many messages asking when they will be available,” founder of Just Gluten Free Bakery Sabine De Vuono says.

Unlike gluten free items sold in huge shopping destinations, Just Gluten Free Bakery’s hot cross buns are all artisanal baked with Sabine’s own perfected recipe which has been carefully tried and tested.

“So many of our customers come to us having had bad experiences with cross contamination, we make food they can trust and enjoy with complete confidence as our kitchen contains no gluten whatsoever,” Sabine says.

Sabine has over a decade of gluten free baking experience and has put in years of careful testing and research.

Italian born and trained, Sabine says her home country is at the forefront of gluten free research and great at creating gluten free food that tastes like real food because ‘what Italian can live without pasta?’

The popular bakery’s hot cross buns are so good you’ll crave more, whether you traditionally follow a gluten free diet or not.

Sabine now has locations in Ascot Park, a popular stall at the Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market every Sunday and a newly opened Rundle Mall store.

“The support from the community has been fantastic, people have driven from all over the state to visit the bakery and now to be able to offer my gluten free options to city shoppers is a dream come true,” Sabine says.

As well as visiting your nearest location for some yummy hot cross buns this Easter, you can also grab a range of sweet pastries including vanilla slice, apple strudel and brownies as well as gluten free savoury options like beef pies, sausage rolls and lasagne.

Sabine’s food, which sees her baking at all hours of the day, also accommodates those with multiple allergies, with gluten free options for those following a vegan, dairy free, soy free or FODMAP diet.
