After a year that saw him nominated for comedy’s equivalent of an Oscar – the Fosters Edinburgh Comedy Award – and take home Best Comedy at the Adelaide Fringe, Australia’s own maestro of suburban absurdism, Sam Simmons, returns fresh from a West End run with a new hour of sublime joy, magnificent stupidity and spectacular facial hair.
