There’s no denying both avocado and beer are beloved by many.
In a rather awe-inspiring collaboration, Australian Avocados has partnered with the craft beer legends at Grassy Knoll Brewing to create a limited batch of an Avocado Beer.
Coined the Aussie Avo Ale, the bev is a refreshing, full-bodied cream ale brewed with fresh Australian Avocados.
To complement this, Grassy Knoll has added a generous dry hopping for what is described as a “tropical, pillowy experience.”
Grassy Knoll founder Jeff Argent founded the brewery on his passion for premium Australian-grown produce, and his love of sipping a refreshing beer just before a summer sunset.
“We’ve created a beer that hooks into the trend of cream ales and adding an avo has totally opened our minds to exploring and experimenting more with Australian Avocado recipes,” says Jeff.
“We are really proud of the finished product and think Aussies who enjoy a crisp and tropical style of beer will be really surprised at the subtlety of texture the Australian Avocados add to this beer.”
