Bake Bakery serves up a treat with a Baileys and Biscoff Cheesecake for the grownups

Bake Bakery at Seacliff and Coromandel Valley serves up Baileys and Biscoff Cheesecake for the grown ups.

Looking for some indulgence to get you through these long, cold, wintery days? The adults-only Baileys and Bischoff baked cheesecake might be just the thing.

Foodies flocked to Bake Bakery’s two sites in Seacliffe Park and Coromandel Valley over the June long weekend, to get their hands on the latest mouthwatering masterpiece.

The muffin-sized baked cheesecake, spiked with Baileys liquor and topped with Maltesers and a tasty Lotus Bischoff, left customers wanting more, and they got more!

Owned by the McDonald family since 1994, the popular bakery is forever upping their creative game, with some of their unique creations being shared all over the world.

While its the Baileys and Biscoff Baked Cheesecake that has sweet-tooths swooning right now, the bakery is also home to the slice that sent the internet into a spin – Reeces Peanut Butter Vanilla Slice.

And if you like Pina Colada, with any lucky the fan favourite will be back next summer, after it sold better than hot cakes and had close to 120,000 social media clicks earlier this year.

Bubble ‘O’ Bill, with his fondant hat and gum ball, a Coca Cola Spider Cronut, Pink Gin Baked Cheesecake and even a Fruit Loop Vanilla Slice, have all featured on the menu over the past few months.

The King’s coronation was celebrated with a Whiskey infused custard tart, complete with a golden fondant crown.

With the Vanilla Slice reaching Gold status at the Royal Adelaide Show three years in a row, it’s no surprise that Bake Bakery’s huge slabs of Vanilla Slice are sold old on a daily basis.

But if there is anything left over at the end of the day, it’s all generously donated to local charities.

If your rational mind is thinking you might need savoury before sweets, there’s a huge range on offer, including a different flavoured “Pie of the Week”.

This week it’s a winter-warming Sweet Lime and Chicken Pie, and last week pie-lovers were lining up for a Bolognese and Cheese Pie, with a cheesy garlic topping.

At Bake Bakery Coromandel Valley, there’s options for dining in, while the Seacliffe Park venue is a hotspot with the Tradies.

The Tradies go-to? Four different flavoured Kranskys including bacon, cheese and chilli, wrapped in freshly rolled pastry.
