The highly anticipated classic Italian favourite follows in the footsteps of the much-loved Bangers and Mash,
Chicken Parmigiana, Double Cheeseburger and Tasmanian Scallop Pies, to give pie-lovers the best of both worlds – pie and lasagne.

Banjo’s Lasagne Pie is expertly created with layers of fresh pasta wedged between juicy beef mince, with tomato,
garlic, vegetables and topped with cheese, and if that wasn’t delicious enough, this soon-to-be-favourite is also
cradled in a flaky golden pastry shell.

With Australians unable to travel overseas this year, the bakery connoisseurs set out to develop a unique flavour
combination that paid homage to Italian friends and family and encouraged riviera dreaming from home soil.
