Reward yourself with bottomless mimosas!

Much-loved café the Banksia Tree is hosting a three-course brunch this month with delicious food and unlimited mimosas.

The bottomless brunch, which will take place on Sunday, March 27 at 1:30pm, will feature an entree, main, and dessert. The warm flavours are perfect for autumn, with rich pumpkin, fig, and honey.

To start, guests will receive a salty-meets-sweet entree of figgy bread with glazed fig, brioche, honey, and feta. This dish will be followed by the Birds Nest, a meal of crispy noodles, baked avocado, and a poached egg. Lastly, the dessert will be a maple pumpkin pie with peanut brittle.

As if this decadent three-course meal isn’t enough, guests will of course get the aforementioned mimosas, which will be unlimited until 3pm. The orange juice and sparkling beverages will be topped with thyme for extra flavour, and a full cocktail and wine list will also be available throughout the day.

Newly appointed head chef Aaron “A-train” Reid is excited to share the menu with brunch guests.

“We love the idea of working with local and seasonal produce-but having fun with it too,” he says.

“You wont be disappointed!”

The Banksia Tree is known for its colourful brunches, flavour combinations, burgers, juices on tap, and spice-packed bloody Mary’s. The café will host the brunch, which will cost just $59 a head.
