French champagne bar, Bar La Vie will be getting its customers into the festive spirit next weekend with an exclusive Bollinger night for sparkling lovers.
Known as the ‘champagne of James Bond’, and recognised as one of the finest champagnes from France, Bollinger is enjoyed around the world, and will be showcased at this sassy and elegant event.
Free snacks with any Bollinger order will be available, with food advocate and co-owner of Soi38 & Fire x Soi38, Jacqui Lim making an appearance for the evening.
Other top bubble brands as well as wines and cocktails will also be on offer, all of which can be accompanied by any of Bar La Vie’s delicious food offerings.
Their menu includes European-style tapas, plus bigger dishes like pasta and French beef bourguignon are available to devour. Gourmet products can also be purchased to open right there at the bar.
Taking their inspo from the elegance and finesse of the champagne bubble, Bar La Vie is the brain child of owner of popular Asian restaurant Little Canton, Mia and pre-owner of S2 restaurant on Hutt St/current owner of hidden gem Von Thai on Flinders, Kyra in collaboration with artistic guide, Luis who brings an eclectic mix of old and new world jazz to the table.
A real bath tub loaded with ice to serve drinks is a feature of their venue, and is used with their various event packages.
The best French champagne, and of course in support of local producers the best bubbles SA has to offer is all for taking at this enchanting bar, with other champagne heroes like Moet, Veuve Clicquot, Pol Roger and Dom Perignon featuring on the drinks list.
