Having opened its doors in December last year, HNLY has become a haven for locals no matter the occasion, offering up fresh, local produce with a strong focus on seafood.
Located in Henley Square, overlooking the jetty and offering up sensational views of the sunsets over the water, the restaurant and bar is the perfect place to start, or end your day.
Now the team from HNLY have teamed up with 23rd Street Spirits, for the ultimate collaboration.
This coming Thursday, HNLY is presenting an evening of delicious food curated by their chef Grant Schooling, matched with amazing cocktails showcasing 23rd Street Spirits over the course of the evening.
Think Mulberry Sours, GnTs with finger lime, Not your Nanna’s brandy, shaken not stirred……..
The menu itself is quite spectacular, kicking off with a run of amazing seafood.
To start you’ll enjoy Coffin Bay oysters with a gin & tonic dressing, matched with 23rd Street Signature Gin Southside.
Then it’s Shark Bay scallops with a whipped cod roe and salmon caviar. The dish is paired with a 23rd Street Mulberry Gin Sour.
Next up it’s HNLY’s extremely popular Hiramasa Kingfish, with yuzu, squid ink tapioco and green strawberry, matched with a 23rd Street Yuzu Gin & Tonic.
Your fourth course is Port Lincoln Octopus with black garlic, endive and shaved macadamia, complemented with a 23rd Street Hybrid Whiskey Fresh.
The night then moves on to Beef Cheeks with burnt leak, wood smoked potato with brandy and grape jus for the main. To drink, Not Your Nanna’s Brandy Neat.
A cheeky olive oil parfait with mandarin, brown sugar snap and Ouzo finishes off the night – paired, of course, with 23rd Street’s Matthew & Jim’s Ouzo Negroni Spin.
