Adelaide foodies get ready! Amazing Grazers is putting on the ultimate grazing board masterclass ‘Graze Anatomy’ this weekend and only a few space remain!

This Saturday, Tania Pradun is set to take all Adelaide foodies by storm with her 2-hour Amazing Grazers masterclasses, ‘Graze Anatomy’.

It’s set to turn you and your foodie friends into grazing board connoisseurs but you better be quick. This exciting event only has limited spots remaining.

After shooting to fame on Tik Tok in 2020, Tania Pradun is well-known for her decadent grazing platters that highlight local produce in various creative forms for the ultimate grazing experience.

This class will give you the skills to create a balanced platter with a little bit of pizzaz, this is a hands-on experience with a platter, cheese, condiments and cheese knife all provided. At the end of the class, guests will have a grazing platter to take home and share with their friends and family.

Not only will you walk away with a fabulous platter, but you will also take home a range of wine and cheese refreshments and a special take-home cheat sheet so you can recreate your masterpiece in your own kitchen.

Amazing Grazers was founded in November 2016 from an intense love of cheese and charcuterie mixed with an equally intense need to feed people en masse.

Having a European heritage will do that so we’re told. Their philosophy is simple, borrowed from all their favourite international cultures – finding the best quality food you can, getting a lot of it, making it look incredible and sharing it with everyone.

A cheese board has pretty much been a staple at most get-togethers for years, however, the humble cheese platter is not what it used to be.

With the footy season kicking off it’s the perfect snack to whip up for when you host the group watch party. Amazing Grazers’ grazing boards, tables, hampers and picnics are all made with the utmost excellence, and crafted to meet their client’s individual needs.

They source the freshest local produce and divine imported elements to create unique and lavish grazers which usually take pride in place as the centrepiece of the event they’re crafted for, and no two creations are the same.

Their personal challenge every time is to combine new flavours and textures, shapes and colours in a masterpiece of visual and flavoursome delight and they’re so excited to see what everyone creates at this event.
