We’ve always loved the Malt Shovel Tap House.
It’s pretty much in the best location in town, with epic waterfront views across the Torrens and Adelaide Oval, a cracking deck for summer sessions, and a brilliant secret doorway inside that takes you straight into the foyer of the Dunstan Playhouse (we only just found this out. Gamechanger).
The food is also a drawcard, along with the broad range of brews on tap – perfect for warming the soul on a cold Winter’s day (or pre/post footy match session).
Now, things have just levelled up again, with the introduction of their newest dessert.
Yep, that’s a beer tiramisu.
According to Malt Shovel Taphouse, said Beeramisu is made with White Rabbit Dark Ale.
It is best consumed with, you guessed it, a stout.
