Dessert lovers, get excited! This February and March, the team behind Totally Vegan by Charlie is bringing their glorious vegan cookies and treats to the Adelaide Central Market in a one-off residency.
Totally Vegan by Charlie is the brainchild of Charlie Fieldhouse, who went vegetarian when she was 12 and vegan a few years later. Ever since, she has been making all kinds of vegan treats, sweets, and chocolates that are both healthy and delicious.
Her latest project, Ben & Charlie’s Dough Co., is an exciting new venture that will continue to focus on delicious and healthy treats, Ben & Charlie’s Dough Co. is launching its brand-new offering at the Market, featuring signature cookie dough and ice cream sandwiches, both of which are vegan and gluten-free.
“We’re excited to be back at the market as Ben and Charlie’s Dough Co.,” said Charlie Fieldhouse, co-founder of Ben & Charlie’s Dough Co.
“We’re excited to showcase our new product and its incredible versatility, from cookie sandwiches and ice cream sandwiches to baked cookies and tart bases, the possibilities are endless. And of course, we’ll have all the vegan favourites, like chocolate cheesecakes and wagon wheels.”
What are these new items, you may ask? Well, marketgoers can look forward to all kinds of cookies, ice creams, and desserts.
Enjoy their gluten-free cookie dough raw, baked into cookies, or as a base for tarts. Cool down this summer with their twist on the perfect summer treat, ice cream sandwiches. Try their decadent and rich cheesecake, a must-try using seasonal fruits topped with Charlie’s chocolate range. They’ll also have a few nostalgic favourites, like vegan Wagon Wheels and dairy-free versions of old-school classics like Rocky Road, Caramello, and Honeycomb.
All this and more will be available at their pop-up stall from February 18th to March 8th at the Adelaide Central Market’s Producer in Residence Stall.
This is a fantastic time of year to check out the market they’ve got live music every Friday night from 6pm, free face painting for kids on Saturdays, and plenty more.
