Because one wasn’t enough – we finally have another!

Betty’s Burgers, the ever-popular Rundle Street eatery, is sizzling patties and serving up fresh made-to-order burgers, available for takeaway or delivery and soon, another family member is joining the team. Now, the burger joint has spread its wings and it is set to open up shop on The Parade.

Since the establishment opened, the business has felt their audience is desperately seeking another location. Renovations to the former Cafe Manto site, on the corner of George St, have commenced ahead of an opening in mid-December.

The 1950’s inspired Australian burger shack’s managing director Troy McDonagh has opened 60 new roles for the Norwood diner, which would become its second in Adelaide ahead of more speculated openings.

“Betty’s continues to grow in popularity due to our commitment to delivering quality product and exceptional service. There are currently 36 Betty’s Burger & Concrete Co. restaurants across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria,” says the Retail Zoo company website.

The Rundle Street eatery was designed by Adelaide’s Pinnacle, who are also behind venues like The Noble GentlemanThe Bavarian and The Den.  With a fresh decor that’s reminiscent of a beach shack, Betty’s on the Parade has timed its arrival perfectly with the summer months and we have high hopes.

Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. was first opened on Rundle Street in the Adelaide CBD back in December 2019. Ever since the burger joint opened its doors, Betty’s has established itself as a bustling and much-loved central hang out to grab a classic burger.

The company states that “our team at Betty’s is dedicated to serving the freshest, juiciest and most mouth-watering burgers around. We source the best possible products and never take short cuts. Each burger is made fresh to order following Betty’s special recipes, and it’s for this reason, our burgers have become so popular. Betty’s signature Concrete, has also become a guest favourite, it’s made from dense chocolate or vanilla frozen custard ice-cream, combined with a variety of decadent mix-ins”.

While us East siders gear up for the December opening, Betty’s Burgers on 211/215 Rundle St, Adelaide is open 7 days a week from 11:00am.

You can find Betty’s Burgers in Norwood this December.
