Bey-hive get ready because rumour has it that Beyoncé is set to bring her Renaissance world tour to Australia next year and more specifically, Adelaide!
The queen herself is set to reveal dates for an Australian tour according to tour promoters saying that “dates have been locked in”.
According to an industry insider, Sacha Fierce will soon announce Australia and New Zealand dates.
The Grammy award winner is set to headline shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth before playing shows in Auckland.
We have been waiting a long time for the queen to grace our presence, as she last performed in Australia as part of her The Mrs Carter Show tour in 2013.
The tour will be featuring this year’s album release Renaissance with the Break My Soul singer expected to visit towards the end of 2023 or at the beginning of 2024.
The announcement of Beyoncé’s seventh studio album Renaissance came as a shock to fans with her pivoting to more of a House sound rather than her normal R’n’B/Pop aesthetic.
Speaking to the album release, Beyoncé said, “This three-act project was recorded over three years during the pandemic. A time to be still, but also a time I found to be the most creative.
“Creating this album allowed me a place to dream and to find escape during a scary time for the world,” the singer said when announcing the album back in July.
Beyoncé is among other fabulous acts set to tour Oz next year, with tour dates for Harry Styles and Robbie Williams locked in.
