On the back of Bird In Hand's “World’s Best Shiraz” award last month, they invited some VIP guests to an exclusive tasting at The Sailor's Club in Sydney to sample the wine and meet Bird in Hand for the first time.
It was a hot day yesterday so the new Bird In Hand rose went down a treat with the guests. The VIPs also enjoyed freshly shucked oysters, smoked ocean trout, fish & chips, and mini beef sliders.
