And just wait till you hear about the menu! We’re talking XO silken tofu, housemade pork and prawn wontons, housemade prawn and scallop siu mai, mac and cheese spring rolls with truffle cocktail sauce.
The star players continue with sichuan prawn salad, black bean Cone Bay Barramundi, house roast charsiu pork with honey glaze, and a gorgeous mango pudding with coconut sorbet to top it all off. Talk about YUM (cha).
You’ll want to secure your spot quickly, as the first Nom Nom Cha completely sold out and there is only one session from 12pm to 2pm this time, on Saturday 26th October.
