After an absolute cracker of a time last year, West Fest is back, but this time as an official Adelaide Fringe event.
Three of Adelaide’s best west-side breweries are teaming up once again for the ultimate craft beer event. Bowden Brewing, Big Shed Brewing Co and Shapeshifter Brewing Co will come together to showcase some of the best brews Adelaide has to offer.
It’s set to be a big activation for the west end and an even bigger activation for South Australia .
Departing every half hour will be decked-out buses on loop and en route from brewery to brewery for a convenient west-side brewery crawl. It’s a handy way to get through as many of the 50 brews you can.
The buses will be decked out with party themes to get you in the mood. Mardi gras, karaoke & silent disco…… need we say more?!
On offer will also be a selection of food trucks and vendors including Bowden Brewing’s Masa, Caro Club, Kindred Coee, House of Oyster and Shirni Sweets by Parwana at Plant 3 Bowden, Reggie’s Pizza + Pasta at Shapeshifter, and food from the Big Shed Kitchen.
To keep the vibes flowing there will be local music acts at each venue all day long with DJ sets to follow.
Bowden Brewing was borne when the team, daydreaming from desk jobs, were constantly living with their heads in the clouds. Brewing was always their weekly escape, a creative outlet, a passionate hobby, and even a side hustle as they tried to live two lives. But now they’re diving in head-first to make this more than a dream.
