Prepare to be captivated by Koko, Robe’s newest coastal accommodation which sets a new standard for relaxation. Whether you’re yearning for a summer seaside escape or a cozy winter retreat by the fire, Koko promises an unforgettable stay for every type of traveler.
Koko is more than just a holiday home; it’s an architectural masterpiece crafted with passion and creativity. Owned by the dynamic duo, Charlotte Kleut and her husband Luke, this modern marvel redefines what a staycation should be.

“When renovating, you’ve got the bones and a general idea of what to do, but when building, it’s all up to you,” Charlotte shares, highlighting the rewarding nature of creating Koko from the ground up.
Positioned a mere 400m walk to the beach, Koko is a haven for beach lovers and sun seekers. The open-plan living area with its soaring 4.2m high ceilings and highlight windows bathe the space in an abundance of northern light, creating an enchanting ambiance that seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors.

“Watching the sun stream in for golden hour is truly magical,” Charlotte beams.
Koko takes the concept of luxury seriously, and no detail has been overlooked. The fully equipped kitchen invites guests to unleash their inner chef, while the alfresco deck area beckons for laid-back gatherings with friends and family.
An outdoor TV and heating ensure that evenings under the stars are just as comfortable as they are memorable.

A shared bathroom features a skylight above the shower, bringing the outside world in. For moments of serenity, the large free-standing bath offers the perfect escape. Meanwhile, the primary ensuite boasts a dual shower, delivering a bathing experience fit for royalty.
Nestled in the heart of Robe, Koko is ideally situated for exploring this charming seaside town.
“We wanted to create something for every kind of traveler,” Charlotte explained, and Robe offers just that.
From the incredible beaches, to the scenic coastal walks, the long-list of local cafes, restaurants and shops; there really is something for everyone in Robe.
“In summer we love spending days on the beach with our two doggos, Maggie and Donald, and through winter we love to kick back, in front of the fire, and play board games,” Luke says.
“Places we love to visit when we’re down include Cape Jaffa Wines and Loophole Brewing – they are located a short 20 min drive, and the perfect spot for a drink and cheese platter. Other go-to’s include, Drift for brekkie, The Pastry Place for the best pies and sausage rolls you’ll ever taste, and the Governor for their home-made cinnamon scrolls. Whilst Charlotte is often off shopping at Holiday Trading, you’ll find me at the Cally having a beer.”

Every inch of Koko exudes style and sophistication. Drawing inspiration from coastal living and a nod to the Palm Springs aesthetic, the property is a harmonious blend of clean lines, vibrant hues, mixed timbers, and enticing textures.
Notable pieces like the Sarah Ellison boucle couch, Slim Aaron’s original print, and the oval dining table all contribute to Koko’s cool coastal relaxation vibes.
So, whether you seek an indulgent escape or a soul-soothing retreat, Koko awaits, ready to welcome you with open arms. Experience the charm of Robe, the allure of coastal living, and the chic serenity of Koko – your new coastal haven in South Australia.
