Local favourite, Brewboys Brewery have introduced their first small batch release from their new spirit label, Whet Whistle Spirit Co, launching a pure vodka promising sophistication and elegance.

Distilled from the finest blonde malt and jasmine rice, their vodka embraces floral notes and is perfect when poured over ice or blended with your favourite mixer. Enjoyed as is, or as part of your favourite drink, this limited release is sure to sell-out fast.

Fresh off the boat, Whet Whistle Spirit Co. by Brewboys Brewery has a focus on crafting artisanal spirits and liqueurs. It nurtures the creation process all the way from raw and malted grain, through its distillation journey, and finally, to hand filling and labelling each bottle.

Established in 2008, Brewboys provides its patrons with unique brew creations made with a labour of love. With over a decade since inception, Brewboys has changed hands to Dan and Owen, two beer-loving mates with a passion for brewing. When the opportunity arose to continue the Brewboys legacy, they jumped at the chance. With their industry experience and love of the venue as former visitors themselves, a new Brewboys story was born.

When you walk into Brewboys, you are first greeted with the smell of fresh barley, varnished wood and a fireplace. They’ve taken care of everything so that you can relax and enjoy some of the best beer, cider, liqueur and gin you’ve ever let past your lips. Their food offering is provided by Nugg Lyf’s notoriously delicious nuggets, chips, burgers and desserts, complimenting the Brewboys experience perfectly.

Not be known as your ‘typical’ bloke beer shed, they’re family-friendly, with things for the kids to do and enjoy. There’s a corner with toys for the tots, retro arcade games and pinball machines for the big kids, and a pool table to challenge your mates. They’ve even got board games behind the bar for those that fancy some friendly yet competitive gaming.

As independent brewers, they’re one of the few brew houses in Adelaide that have full control over exactly what goes into their drinks, providing only the finest ingredients, brewed and canned on-site.

This newest spirit venture supports their growing ambitions, and with the launch of this small batch vodka, will cement them in the brewing industry for years to come.
