Adelaide’s southern beaches are welcoming a brand new beachside beer garden. Located at the Deep Blue Café, Moana Beach, this pop-up offers an incredible selection of fresh, world-class beers and ciders on tap, all served with chill coastal vibes.
Among them, you’ll find the award-winning Prancing Pony India Red Ale, which was crowned the best beer in the world a few years back. There’s also the Kid Pilsner, which took home a Champion Pilsner prize. All 16 Prancing Pony brews on tap are the real deal.
This pop-up event, named The Pony Stable at Moana, is the latest project from Prancing Pony Brewery, a local SA favourite that’s been turning heads in the craft beer scene since 2011.
Known for its bold flavours and commitment to quality, Prancing Pony is bringing its winning beers down from the Adelaide Hills to the beach. The pop-up is located next door to the iconic Deep Blue Café, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon or evening by the sea. With the sound of the waves in the background, it’s a great place to enjoy a frothy beer this winter.
The Moana pop-up beer garden is a continuation of Prancing Pony’s pop-up success. In 2022, their Pony on Rundle event drew huge crowds, and now they’re bringing the same energy to Moana.
Starting this month, the Moana Beach pop-up will be open every weekend, offering a casual and comfortable vibe.
It’s a family-friendly spot where the community spirit is alive and well. Locals and visitors can come together, enjoy great drinks, and soak up the relaxed atmosphere.
As for the vibe? Think retro beach house meets modern craft brewery. The design is full of charm, with a layout that’s both inviting and laid-back.
Deep Blue Café, known for its delicious food, is bringing its A-game to the pop-up as well. Enjoy freshly pressed juices, French croissant sandwiches, and their famous schnitzels, which have earned a loyal following.
