Australia’s much loved CheeseFest+Ferment Festival have released their dates for 2019, so make sure you pencil this one into your diary, Adelaide.
The sell out festival will be coming back to Adelaide this October 26 and 27. CheeseFest is famous for being the only festival that incorporates fermentation of not only cheese, but chocolate, charcuterie and much more into their program.
From 11:00am till late we’re expecting great live music, plenty of food and beverage stalls, over twenty cheese producers, fifteen local beverage producers and twelve local restaurants. There will be an abundance of tastings which pair cheese with beer, whiskey, and (obviously its perfect match) wine.
Like previous iterations, we’re promised famous top chefs and food personalities with demonstrations of how they create their favourite dishes.
So whether you are a cheese fanatic (aren’t we all), or just into a foodie outing with friends and a picnic in the park, then keep CheeseFest in the forefront of your mind. We’ll keep you updated about everything that’s happening.
