The Brighton Winter Solstice street party is back again for another year this Saturday the 22nd of June, celebrating the winter months with everything to make the year’s longest night magical.
Located along Jetty Road at Brighton, the event will be fully licensed and will have cozy fire pits, festive lighting, live music, and a range of children’s activities to keep everyone entertained.

The event has free entry, with existing food and drink traders on Jetty Road extending their opening hours, along with multiple food trucks offering delicious meals for takeaway. Retail shops will also be extending their hours for the event.
Live music will be on the main stage, located at the entry of the Esplanade Hotel carpark by Junelee, from 4pm to 5pm. The Botanicals will be performing from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, and Sabor a Cuba from 8pm to 9pm. Emily Grace will be performing at the Eastern end of the event from 5:30pm to 7pm.
There will be a designated ‘kids zone’ at the Gurrs road and Jetty Road intersection with a ‘decorate your own solstice postcard’ hosted by the Brighton Library Team, along with large outdoor games. As well as a table tennis table and an all-ages Silent Disco facilitated by DJ Joyfool. There is also face-painting and hair braiding.


Head on down this Saturday to Jetty Road at Brighton to support the local vendors, celebrate the winter solstice and grab a drink or a yummy bite to eat all in the name of the winter!
