Jacky Murtaugh presents 'ILLUMINATE', an art exhibition taking place at Suzie Wong’s Room on April 3.
'ILLUMINATE' will feature a collection of works on canvas representing traditional landscapes distorted by light and colour. “Leaving the grey days of Lancashire for the blue skies of Adelaide has illuminated my work so hence the title of the exhibition”. All are welcome to the opening at 6pm on April 3rd where the artist will be present. The exhibition will be showing throughout April at Suzie Wong’s Room. 120 Port Rd. Hindmarsh (Next to AEC).
Jacky Murtaugh is an English born artist based in Adelaide, whose work celebrates colour and pattern found in the natural and urban landscape. Her love affair with Adelaide has taken her work in new directions since her recent arrival in South Australia.
