“Well, the hero is the dough, we choose a brioche dough as it is rich in butter & eggs & is silky & soft. The dough then matures through a process called ‘ Cold Fermentation ‘ for a minimum of 20 hours to bring out it’s full flavour. We hand roll every single one of our donuts fresh in house daily & every donut is prepared while you sleep so you get the freshest donuts around every day.”
