Bryan Adams brings ‘So Happy It Hurts Tour’ to Australia with James Arthur in 2025

Bryan Adams returns to Australia and New Zealand with his “So Happy It Hurts Tour” alongside special guest James Arthur in February 2025.

Frontier Touring has announced the return of Bryan Adams to Australia, with his “So Happy It Hurts Tour” alongside special guest James Arthur. The tour will bring the acclaimed Canadian rocker and the British singer-songwriter to Australia and New Zealand in February 2025. Fans can purchase tickets from Wednesday, 4 September.

Bryan Adams, renowned for his vibrant live performances since his first concerts in Australia in 1984, continues to captivate audiences globally. With a repertoire of chart-topping hits like ‘Summer of ’69’, ‘(Everything I Do) I Do It For You’, and ‘Heaven’, Adams has garnered extensive acclaim, including a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance and numerous other nominations across prestigious platforms including the Academy Awards and the Golden Globes. He’s also duetted with icons Tina Turner, Sting, Rod Stewart, and Mel C.

James Arthur, joining as a special guest, also brings a significant following, thanks to his success with hits like ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’ and his recent UK Album chart-topper ‘Bitter Sweet Love’. This tour will mark his first live performances in Australia and New Zealand.

The tour kicks off with shows in Christchurch and Auckland, before moving to Australia where the tour will span Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, and Brisbane.

Bryan Adams is currently on tour in Europe and has made some exciting moves in August by launching his own independent label, Bad Records. He released a special limited edition double A-side7”, along with a digital single and video featuring two of his songs, ‘Rock And Roll Hell’ and ‘War Machine.’ These tracks were originally penned by Adams, Jim Vallance, and Gene Simmons for KISS’s 1982 album, Creatures of the Night. In 2023, he took a trip down memory lane by re-recording some of his biggest hits for a double album titled Classics, and he later released a three-album box set from his residency at The Royal Albert Hall. In 2022, he put out his 16th studio album, So Happy It Hurts. Beyond music, Adams is also recognized for his work in musical theatre; he co-wrote the songs for Pretty Woman: The Musical, which premiered in 2018.
