Attention, burger lovers: CARŌCLUB has opened the doors to their second store in Edwardstown, and the burger and fried chicken joint is ready to take burgers to a whole ‘nother level.
The new CARŌCLUB store has taken over from exisiting business Bento King and the building, located at 930 South Rd, Edwardstown, was transformed in under two months to create their second home.
CARŌCLUB Edwardstown is joining its sister site located within Bowden Cellars at Plant 3 Bowden and the CARŌCLUB Food Truck. They’re also a familiar face at local events such as Tasting Australia and the Royal Adelaide Show.
“We bloody love burgers, we’ve been slinging them for six years now. When we kicked the truck off back in 2017, we had no idea that six years later we’d be opening the doors to our second location – we are so stoked to be here in Edwardstown and can’t wait to get to know the community and offer them an alternate to the big-name fast-food joints that litter South Road,” CARŌCLUB part-owner Tim says.
The name and the menu was inspired by CARŌ, the Latin word for meat, with influences and flavour combinations from across the globe and they are committed to using homemade ingredients in their burgers.
From the sauces all the way to the pickles, chicken crumb, and hand rolled beef, every part of their burger is crafted in-house. Care and precision goes into every bite, with their perfectly-grilled smashed patties and super-crispy fried chicken all seasoned to perfection using their secret spice blend- and, of course, made with love.
From cheeseburgers topped with melted cheese, crunchy fried chicken, fried mushroom burgers, a BLT for those who want some bacon with their burger plus much more, there’s something for everyone.
The diverse menu caters to dedicated burger fans, gourmet enthusiasts, and anyone with a preference for quality dishes. Have specific dietary needs? Have no fear: CARŌCLUB offers something for everyone.
At CARŌCLUB, it isn’t just about the food- they live by the motto ‘Good Food, Good Mood,’ as the environment is also part of the experience.
