Burlesque icon Dita Von Teese is bringing her newest spectacle of glamour, illusion and old-Hollywood decadence to Adelaide next August, with her latest show Nocturnelle set to light up Her Majesty’s Theatre on Wednesday 5 August 2026.
Following her record-breaking Glamonatrix Tour—the biggest touring burlesque show in history—Dita returns to Australian stages with a production that promises to be even more opulent. Nocturnelle is a glittering fusion of sophisticated vintage stage magic, an exquisite blend of old-Hollywood allure, theatrical magic, and the high-art “Stripscapes” Dita is known for, inspired by 19th-century magicians and wrapped in the allure of Dita’s unmistakable style.
“Nocturnelle is my most glambitious show yet. It’s where sophisticated striptease meets the spellbinding art of illusion,” Dita says.
“Learning from master magicians and diving into the secrets of vintage magic, I set out to create something uniquely enchanting… it’s the art of the Teese, plus a little trickery, and a whole lot of glitz.”

The world’s reigning Queen of Burlesque continues to redefine the art form with her lavish stage productions, creative direction and choreography that celebrate beauty, diversity and joie de vivre. Her shows have drawn crowds and celebrity fans, including Harry Styles, Olivia Wilde, Pamela Anderson, and Tim Burton, who have all been spotted in the audience.
Even Taylor Swift has praised her as “an absolute legend… she’s inspired so many people who’ve performed,” while Dua Lipa calls her “unquestionably the modern queen of burlesque.”
Nocturnelle will tour Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, promising an unforgettable evening of sensual performance, theatrical artistry and pure spectacle.
Tickets go on sale Monday 10 November at 10am local time from tegdainty.com
