Renowned for their signature sourdough doughnuts at their North Adelaide shop, the temporary stall will also feature buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, and flaky tarts, all crafted with love and local produce.
For those with dietary preferences, they’re introducing Basque Cheesecakes for gluten-free customers and offer dairy-free drink options.
Owner Thy says the “most popular doughnut is the lemon meringue with homemade lemon curd and sweet, torched meringue on top.”
But that’s not all! They also celebrate flavours close to their hearts like Ube and Pandan, along with crowd-pleasers like raspberry jam.
