Booze delivery just got even more convenient!
BWS has today become the first Australian drinks retailer to offer a guarantee on its one-hour drinks delivery service.
What does this mean for customers? The guarantee means that if a customer’s drinks take longer than one hour to be delivered, BWS will give them free free delivery on their next order.
This service is like the UberEats or Deliveroo of booze delivery. Customers can follow their order every step of the way thanks to real time driver tracking in BWS mobile app BWS on tApp, and a timer has been embedded into the app so customers can easily track the time it takes for their drinks to arrive from the moment they place their order.
“We try hard to make BWS the most convenient place to buy drinks, which is why we are introducing a guarantee so customers can count on us for getting speedy delivery,” BWS Head of Marketing Anna Webster says.
“When you order online, you have access to the same tailored range that’s available in your local store, including great local favourites, so many customers are surprised by how tailored the range is when they order online with BWS for the first time,” Webster adds.
BWS offers a huge range of drinks, with both local and global brands lining their shelves, meaning that there is an options out there for everyone.
If you want to order your drinks from BWS, minimum order for delivery is $20, with a $10 flat free for delivery.
