Bobby won the audience over in the first few moments with his cheeky smile and his Irish charm. Famous initially for his interpretation of Frankie Valli in the stage tribute show Jersey Boys, he has a lot more to offer.

Bobby regaled us with stories of his auditions and trips to America to be coached by Valli himself and gave us a glimpse of how incredible the journey was. And then there was the music! Backed by three young men he referred to as the “Spice Boys” he covered many of the most famous numbers from Walk Like a Man, to Who Loves You, and the eternal Sherry.

They were backed by a tight band lead by Musical Director Issaac Hayward. Hayward showed some impressive guitar skills and the arrangements were everything we could expect.

One of the major features of the Four Seasons was their incredible choreography and that was a hit with Jersey Boys too. Well these guys don’t disappoint, the movements were slick and sharp and very reminiscent of the originals – so good to watch! Songs like Let’s Hang On and Working My Way Back To You are really enhanced by the strong choreography that goes with them.

For a different feel Mr Fox gave us a very iconic version of Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You and the audience was in his hand. The standing ovation was well deserved, be quick buy a ticket!
