Mila, one of the Gemtree twins, shares a working winery with her twin sister, Bella. They are approximately 150 metres from each other, separated by a filter of historic gum trees. Perfect for a shared couples or family winery escape, and guests may even have a friendly encounter with the local sheep.
Immersed in one of the world’s most prestigious wine regions lies Mila, CABN’s latest off grid nature escape, just an eight-minute drive from the heart of Mclaren Vale. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, Mila sleeps four guests in a self-contained cabin overlooking Gemtree Wines bio-dynamic vineyard.
For something a little more, experience the Gemtree Ecotrail to learn about the native plants and wildlife that inhabit the area, while enjoying a picnic of local produce from the Gemtree tasting room. The tasting room is a short walk from the CABN, and guests will be minutes from an array of local restaurants.
Whilst you’re here, why not venture through the Gemtree Ecotrail, a lovingly restored creek line with more than 50,000 native trees and shrubs. A biodiverse haven for native birds, plants and animals.
Unfortunately, due to the protected natural surrounds and the wildlife that inhabits this location, this CABN is not dog-friendly.
