CheeseFest+FERMENT is the combination of South Australia’s much loved CheeseFest and the critically acclaimed FERMENT the FESTIVAL held last year in Rundle Park Kadlitpina.
It is a celebration of not only Australia’s sensational cheese and wine industry, but also all the sensational fermented products we create. This includes but is not limited to: chocolate, charcuterie, sourdough bread, kimchi, sauerkraut and cheese. As well as beverages such as gin, beer, cider, whiskey and kombucha.
CheeseFest+FERMENT will feature live demonstrations by some of Australia’s top chefs and fermenters providing step-by-step guides on how to create their favourite dishes.
Also, for the first time we are introducing the French Quarter to CheeseFest+FERMENT – inspired by our sister city Brittany, we will be supplying traditional French cheeses paired with Champagne and sourdough Bread.
With live music, over twenty cheese producers, fifteen local beverage producers and twelve local restaurants, CheeseFest+FERMENT is not just a festival for lovers of good food and drink, or lovers of fermentation, but is also perfect for those who just want a good time.
