Embodied Awareness – The Art of Listening and Presence “Online”

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 16, 2020
This online course is for those desiring greater presence with themselves and others, to be able to listen on a deeper level and to feel safer in your own body.
Be more present in your own body; experience how embodied awareness truly feels.
Learn how to pause and be present in the most challenging moments.
Learn to be more present and connected with others on a deeper level.
Practice listening and communicating with others so that they feel deeply heard and respected.
Examine the core beliefs, stories and traumatic imprints that get in the way of you being truly present.
Learn strategies for having embodied presence with a history of trauma.
The result will be greater calmness, clarity and ease being in the present moment.
The course will be held over 5 consecutive Wednesdays and includes:
3 – Prerecorded video sessions
2 – Live Zoom webinar sessions (Every live session will be recorded and available as a video)
5- Guided audio meditations
Each week you will receive practices to help bring the course material alive in your own personal experience and to help you with assimilation and integration of course content.
