Join us for a series of Small Dinners in Level One, where we explore different modern Asian flavours and ingredients over four dinners matched with some of our favourite spirits. Each dinner will feature a bespoke modern Asian menu from Head Chef Josh Kim focusing on one hero ingredient category (including a plant-based dinner suitable for vegetarians), and will be matched to a curated selection of drinks by Brand Ambassador Erica Richards who will be hosting the evenings.
These dinners are designed to be small and intimate in nature, with only 14 seats available at each dinner. Tickets are $95 per person and include food and drinks.

* 19th September – Seafood & Japanese Whisky
* 16th October – Vegetables & Sipsmith Gin
* 21st November – Chicken & Japanese Gin
