With live music, some amazing French wine, a three course brunch and more, this brunch is everything you need for Bastille Day!

There’s no better reason to enjoy all things French, than Bastille Day celebrations in Adelaide.

This year, on Sunday July 14th, the National Wine Centre of Australia’s European wine events tour continues on to France for a mind-blowing Bastille Day brunch, celebrating the very best in French cuisine and wine varietals.

Following the recent much lauded ‘Spanish Bull’ wine dinner, Executive Chef Steven Clark, along with Head Sommelier James Boden will once again indulge your senses with  impeccably match food and wine varietals inspired by one of the most celebrated food and wine regions of the world.

Live music from Mélange à Trois will welcome guests and set the tone for a true feast for the senses along with James Boden’s enlightening discussion on the wonderful French varietals now finding a home in Australia that he’s selected including among others, Pinot Blanc, Aligate, Grenache Cinsault Shiraz, Gamay and of course Champagne direct from France which will certainly bring about some lively conversation.

A selection of French Croissants and Danishes, House-made Butter and Jams with Yogurts and Cured Meats on arrival will be followed by a sensational French dish of Bisque Custard, Artichoke, Quails Egg and Salmon Roe.  Beef Bourguignon, Potato, Bacon, Mushroom and Onion will complete the third course whilst a selection of French Cheeses with accompaniments will wrap up the gastronomic experience hand-crafted by Steven Clark.
